Rod Dreher is an Orthodox Christian conservative guy who the Chapo crew have followed for years. He's a truly awful person, personally and politically, from abandoning his wife and kits to pal around with rich people in Hungary to advocating truly heinous views about minority communities to doxxing private people in his nationally syndicated newspaper columns resulting in an incredible amount of harassment and threats - but because he's also very eccentric, he's been writing this shit for over a decade and a lot of his writing is unintentionally very funny.
