Yeah this is proof that the Republicans are just as clueless as the libs. They’re giving the Dems a chance to have people rally behind their back, like how conservatives of all stripes are now rallying behind Trump because the libs have triggered their persecution complex and they now see the indictment as a persecution against conservatism in America.

McCarthy is appeasing his right wing, probably to get support on preventing a government shutdown next month.
