MODERATORS
There was some decent discussion about it, the mods seem to feel the reach is just way too small. Personally I'd love to see a curated ask lemmy instance (ask historians, ask anthropology, etc). I tried to pitch this to one of the main subreddit mods (I forget his name and can't login to reddit via rif anymore to see, but it is something like Gregor K Rasmun (not that but starts with a G I think and had a middle initial) and we had a bit of a back and forth but seems like no dice, mostly due to reach. They do have a website and podcast at least.
