If you want to participate, try not to use the toilet for three days. More advanced participants take some laxatives before starting the challenge, but that's up to you.

Clean toilets with all the expected facilities will be available to me. I am not going to poop for reasons that I wish to keep to myself.

Well, is it real, or is it just a shitpost? I can't figure out any possible reason, barring mental problems.
