After the strikes I would imagine
That's probably a good guess. I figured since it's finished from a production standpoint, and it was made for a good cause, that it would have released anyways.
Writers have pledged not to promote new works during the strike. I wonder if this could be held back because of that. This would require that he has some kind of power in his contract to do so (as a producer, perhaps). But his career has been such that he might have that degree of control.
