I use either comic sans, or similar fonts when writing the document and forget to change it all the coments are "reformat from comic sans". Using comic sans as its easier for my dyslexic brain to read.

There's even a monospaced version of Comic Sans designed for coding and it's actually surprisingly pleasant to use!

i'm currently in that "need to change fonts" phase again across all my editors and this is now my top choice

That's surprisingly nice! There's also comic neue, which is a nicer version of comic sans. http://comicneue.com/
