I'm running Debian Testing (trixie). It comes with FF-ESR preinstalled. I'd like to install firefox from a *.deb package or from apt in some way. Along those lines, I'd like to stay away from flatpak or plain binary download from FF's website, if that is possible.

I've tried the following:

$ sudo apt install firefox

E: Package 'firefox' has no installation candidate

$ sudo apt install firefox-mozilla-build

E: Unable to locate package firefox-mozilla-build

Does someone know how to download FF (stable) from apt or a link to a *.deb binary?

I found the binary for the sid repo. That worked. Here is the link in case someone does a search: http://ftp.de.debian.org/debian/pool/main/f/firefox/
