I recently discovered that bridges exist on Matrix allowing you to communicate with others on different platforms.

I would love to make use of this, but I lack the technical abilities to spin up my own server… at least not without a step-by-step for noobs. Does anyone know of a server that's open to join that has bridges available to use? I tried joining a few open servers, but they didn't seem to have bridges enabled/installed.

Or barring that some reasonably priced turnkey service? I saw one that was $22/mo for up to 50 users, but that seems a bit much for just me.

Element One offers bridging for $5/mo.

I'm waiting to see how this develops but, if you need it now and don't mind the price, that could be a solution.

Ah interesting, that could be an option. It only has Telegram, Signal, and Whatsapp, but that's half the battle.

This is what you are after, it's a bit of a read but I managed it and it's amazing

Hmm, I think I could manage this. What hosting service did you end up going with?
