Once you actually get in it, drive it, you realize it's pretty frickin' cool," he says. Tesla fell off a cliff QA wise a while ago I don't know why people are surprised that it keeps getting worse when people keep buying them.

Yeah; even back at the release of the model S they couldn't align a body pannel to save a life. It's only gotten worse.
