I've just recently started on meds and now not eating is a significantly more common problem, worst of all the shakes are gone too so I keep going all day on nothing.
When I was a teen, I used to supplement with ensure meal replacement "milkshakes". Maybe something like that could help?
My lactose intolerant ass: 🤢
I do a plant based protein powder with oat milk thats pretty good
Going off meds as a teenager is how I achieved obesity, i don't recommend 🫤
Eat more starchy foods, seeds, nuts in the morning (like oatmeal) and avoid refined sugars and fat. While it's easy to treat hypoglycemia with sugar, the point is to prevent it.
I set times of the day I have to eat by. If my lunch time limit has come and I haven't eaten yet, I gotta stop and eat. Makes me be aware of what time it is too, so double good. Last night, I had no intention of eating because the kitchen was busy and my stomach was hurting, but I had promised myself I would eat no matter what, so I got take-out.
Also, because I'm pretty out of it for a bit after eating, it makes me divide my day into smaller sections so I can plan better.
