I mean I'm definitely getting dumber, but I can hardly blame AI.
Globally, we've been living in a heightened state of stress since 2020. Add into that most people having had covid, at least once, if not multiple times in that same time period.
Stress breaks you down. It makes you dumb. It's not always recoverable. Sometimes the damage is permanent.
