Guarantee you those are ghost kitchens and have some of the worst slop known to man.
Freddy’s is a burger chain, Bojangles is a fried chicken chain, Shipley is a donut chain, and I don’t recognize the others. Mfer isn’t even ordering from a local restaurant, just fucking massive chains
So much of this must be delivery and mileage to be ordering from that many places. Like that's got to be every place withint a couple of miles.

Yeah most of this is absolute slop but bojangles is legit good. I didn’t even grow up with it and I normally avoid the money sink that is fast food but when I’m driving down the east coast I always grab some.
I am familiar with one of these but I'm not sure how doxxy it'd be to say which
