It's only takes 3% of the population who want to actively over throw a government for it to happen. And if you reduce the population, it makes it easier to get to 3%
@superkret @straightjorkin We've had it up to here with coups already. What needs to happen is a restoration, so any violence mongers can take their overthrow-ups and just GTFO.
