Itβs crazy but emotions are those things that CANT get lowered or hidden from ourselves β¦ they will always find a way to go through . They are essentially what we are, the only thing I can think of to stop them is death.
You.can absolutely mitigate emotions. It is not always healthy, but there are various ways to do it. The actual triggers and emotions are not a choice, but you have a toolbox would you wish to deal with them.
They will find always their way to get out
Yes, of course, and they should. The point of emotional regulation isn't to suppress or hide them, but to lessen their intensity.
