Summary

Elon Musk, a Republican megadonor and close Trump ally, is reportedly set to have office space in the Eisenhower Executive Office Building near the West Wing.

Musk is expected to head the "Department of Government Efficiency," aiming to reduce federal spending under Trump.

Critics question Musk's influence, noting his frequent presence at key Trump meetings and events.

This move, if confirmed, would grant Musk continued access to Trump post-inauguration, sparking debate about the billionaire’s role in the administration despite holding no official government position.

Yeah we are hurry up and get it over with lol

Maybe enough of you will start taking risks instead of being so... Docile. By you I mean Americans not Lemmings. Why I was pro Trump after Bernie got ratfucked by the DNC until he actually was president for a day. Lying about the crowd sizes was an "ah fuck" moment. January 6th 2020.. well, glad conservative extremists TEND to be incompetent. Not always ofc but on avg

Damn that's some incoherent nonsense.

Conservative extremists definitely tend to be incompetent, but they are also nearly impossible to dislodge without outside help. Revolution is nearly impossible to pull off in the modern age without the aid of an external military. What military do you think is coming to liberate the US?

Fuckwits like you are so quick to risk everything without even bothering to learn how the world works. Well, that's fine if your just risking your own necks, but my kids have to live in this world. You want revolution because you think that's the easy path and you are too fucking lazy to do the actual work of organizing. But without the organizing, the new world you might be able to create will be ruled by even worse people than today, and you will deserve it.

Maybe you should care about kids in Africa/South america/Asia and their quality of life. Even as an american reading that it really comes off so tone deaf. You're complaining about your kids dealing with shit? Wow. You know what they've been dealing with in Türkiye? Price of a candy bar going up 50% in a few months. For YEARS with EVERYTHING. Get over yourself. Do you think your kids are going to starve? Go to a foodbank lol

Long term the American empire getting knocked down a peg so they're not the only game in town is going to be a good thing for the world. We just get to deal with people's quality of lives going down when they've been filled with plastic and lead... We all saw people fighting over toilet paper in America during covid. Frankly it's karma for us purposefully knee capping a lot of the rest of the world. Ala our policy of keeping the middle east destabilized, crushing South American socialists, etc.

Which btw, considering lead poisoning was so widespread because of our mass use of vehicles, kinda had it coming. Glad I don't have kids :D have fun with the voucher system, your kids are going to be fuckwits if stability and long term collapse is better to you than short term collapse and maybe picking up the pieces.

You assume I don't know how the world works... lololol lololol. This fear and anxiety you feel towards change you should channel towards......

Organizing :O wild concept. You know how we get a party that's not dem or repub? By shit hitting the fucking fan. Or you don't want to take that risk because of your crotch goblins? :| ok boomer. At this point whatever happens is what the tech oligarchs say happens, because they control the flow of information. But yeah sorry not sorry, I have far less sympathy for American kids than kids in poorer countries. And China DOES have the whole "lifting the most people out of poverty in the last 30 years by a huge margin" track record.
