The elites don't want you to know this but msg is a completely safe and naturally occuring chemical. You can just add it to food to make it taste more satisfying.

Also kelp is a good foundation to thin savoury stock.

Whenever I try and find some to buy, by searching for it online, I always get "MSG-free" which upsets me so much lol

Asian grocers! They sell it in bulk packets of beautiful needle-like crystals. Truly the meth of condiments.
