Really? You accept that they happened, they are bad, and we should work towards a better society where that doesn't happen regardless of what coat of paint the government puts over their actions?

That's the rub,

You think government is inherently bad. I think they, and us by reflection are a product of their material conditions. Governments are a reflection of a people's relationship with material. IE - America says "Greed is Good" Ergo we get the corporate profits over people shitfest we have now. The first step towards breaking that hold is education and organization at a community level. So that is where I focus.

I could get into a big lecture/discussion about Dialectical Materialism, the conditions requiring a vanguard, how that vanguard should be defined ect. ect. ect, how we as a people work to stop capitalist vampirism and "corporatism" (capitalism in a trench coat) - but I don't think that would help.

Alternatively, I could pull the typical Tankie "Read theory" at this point (and I do think that is what is needed for us to continue this conversation, but I admit it's a copout that doesn't really give you a good starting point. Really though the first 2 pages of the manifesto would give you the gist of what I'm trying to say here.)

So, where do we go from here? - If you have a suggestion, I would be happy to talk more.
