Charlie Brown, but it turns out the "coffee as a kid stunts your growth" thing is a myth. Judging based on the past strips though, he does actually seem like he's been drawn a little bit too short in this strip.

I never understood how that myth got any traction. If it were true, Scandinavians would be so short.
