Right. Even if she were President, there isn’t a single change that she could make that couldn’t be immediately undone by Trump and a Republican Congress in January.

Try un-eating a cake, or undoing corporal punishment. My point is, not all things are reversible.

Biden could pardon prisoners or charged individuals without Trump’s say. He could also provide additional funding to Ukraine and Taiwan. I can’t think of any other action by a Presidential Executive Order or Congressional legislation that can’t be changed by another President or Congress.

Military actions, release of information, establishing precedent of executive power etc.

These are just some categories, there are many fundamentally irreversible actions.

Release of information is a good one that I missed.

Military actions are immediately reversible by the Commander-In-Chief, and the President doesn’t define or control the executive power held by the office. That’s determined by SCOTUS’s interpretation of the Constitution.

Do we have the tech to revive people or unbomb something? I believe military actions are very hard to reverse if we are talking beyond the administrative.

I misunderstood. I thought you meant munitions support or troop deployment.

Now I imagined Harris spanking Trump while stuffing her face with cake, so thanks for the visual I guess.
