This is where you come to post big-brained hot takes by chuds, libs, or even fellow leftists, and tear them to itty-bitty pieces with precision dunkstrikes.

We need to go back in time and massacre the entire John Birch Society. I know the time-travel assassination list is getting unmanageably long but the John Birchers need to go.

If I remember correctly they peaked in the 1960s with their anti-communist nonsense conspiracy theories and general public didn't even know who they were. And anybody who did know - knew they were nuts. But now nonsense conspiracy theories are mainstream though for republicans.

My understanding is that they had a strong, strong influence on right wing thought and many of their ideas have dispersed in to wider Fash culture. They haunt us from beyond the grave, cruel specters clawing at our anti-cavity toothpaste.
