  • The Casio F-91W. Timeless classic, with seven years of battery life.
  • A dutch bicycle. Made from steel, with a kickstand, a chainguard a dynamo and internal gear. Built to last.
  • A cordless screwdriver from Bosch. Fast charging and very good built quality.

A water heater for the kitchen.

A kettle? The only kitchen appliance that's used multiple times a day... but I'm British so need my tea.

If you want to spend slightly more, go for one with a hub dynamo. Those have way less resistance, and don't have a tendency to stop working in snowy weather.

I just bought a casio duro batman (without the marlin unfortunately). It is my first ever watch. It looks absolutely stunning and costs around $50~$60

Get some silicone sport bands for it (18mm)

The stock band for the f91w hurts my delicate skin after a couple days.

Best watch of all time once you add the band. I've had it for several years and the battery is still going, and it keeps time more accurately than any other watch I've owned.

Mega extra points for the ergo mouse (I have the same one) and the thinkpad too (I got an X1). A man of taste

Just bought an imported, used, Japan made bicycle. Same spec as you listed but with roller brake dynamo. The thing costs more like $125. And please pay attention that's used. No complaint about the prize at all.

Ok, prizes vary between countries and how many are there of that kind. Anyway, I heard about the Japanese ones. Isn't it a "Mamachari"?
