Incheon airport is the least bad airport I've ever been to, simply because they have drinking fountains.

Not at all. I've been to several where I didn't see a single water fountain and water bottles for sale are overpriced
That's outrageous.
An airport is a high-tech construction, they should have drinking fountains right by the restrooms or some other easily locatable place.
