You could search for phone screen cleaner a couple of years ago and it would just tell you what ratio of rubbing alcohol and water to use (hexbear.net)

The second half of the page is more of the same. Pretty sure you don't need a special kit to wipe your screen with a little rubbing alcohol.

I do not believe for an instant that "a couple of years ago" searching "phone screen cleaner" returned anything but ads for special products either. Maybe more like 15 years ago.
