I cannot relate, I'm so utterly unaffected by caffeine. Though odd from what I know, does it really help with getting down to writing (in reasonable amounts)?

Yeah, I'm the same. I've been doing ice coffees, but I think it's just the sugar energizing me.

Do you have ADHD? Stimulants don't work for people with ADHD

No. And that isn't a blanket case, it does affect some with ADHD, but does often work differently.

Yeah it's of course an oversimplification, but with a sample size of approximately 5 all of the people I know with ADHD told me that coffee/energy only calms them down
