All this Argentina nazi thing feels like a psi op from the americans to distract from the fact they took in much more nazis and incorporated them into government. (Non argentinian btw).

Yes, I'm aware. That doesn't mean it was some sort of American secret operation to put Mengele in Argentina as a distraction. He escaped there, as did other Nazis. Hence the "Argentina Nazi thing" as you put it.
