That can't be accurate though right? Like, when you account for people entering the country (legally or illegally) is the population really still declining?
It's the rate of growth that's declining, so population was still rising the whole time. The numbers might be correct, but personally I'm not going to try to figure out the integral to check if it adds up and will instead simply post
