So I bought a heap of cheap manufacturered soviet medals on Aliexpress, and I occasionally will let people in my org award them to each other for praiseworthy stuff. But now there's anarchists in my group and they might find that offensive. So what's the anarchist version?

Comrade Commendation? I can already hear some ultra lecturing you about power imbalance, hierarchy etc

but i guess you could nominate people and vote, form a committee haha, sounds like more work than its worth though

This only works on a "westerners mistake Cyrillic letters for Latin letters" though. A transliteration of СССР would be SSSR.
