A 6 year old with the right tools could do the same. I’m not trying to seem badass, I’m simply calling people who go out there without these things weak individuals who don’t actually care about their dogs. You should take this stuff to an OL dog park regardless in case of an out of control dog.
Wtf. I've never once felt the need to take weapons to the park with my dog.
