It's arguably easier to sexually replace men in a hetero relationship with a machine proxy than it is to replace women, even going into the cleaning/maintenance side of the machinery.
Why is that?
The basic coital motions involved require less effort (and material) for a penetrative object than an object that receives penetration.
Also, compare what needs to be done for sanitation reasons between uses of a dildo/vibrator and that of a fleshlight.
