Yeah I was feeling better like 24 hours later. Don't expect to be on the couch for a week. Icepacks and DS9 sounds like a good start.
The place I went to had a TV on the ceiling to distract you, but the doc put on a nature documentary about owls, the thing turned into a mirror with all the night shots...
Other then that it was fine.
And I can't stress this enough:
Get fucking tested by the fucking deadline. Do the 20+ wanks and get tested when they say to get tested. Something like 70% of men don't get tested. That's how you end up with an unplanned kid. Don't be an asshole like that!
