I always wondered who buys all those spoons you see in gift shops, and how they display them. Now I know.
It's always keyrings, fridge magnets, spoons, thimbles, etc, but you never see bugs any more. They were like a little pom-pom thing with a label saying where it was from and googly eyes, and the feet were a sticker.
My dad had a load of them on a big sheet of perspex on the back shelf of the car, and having grown up and seen the Final Destination movies, I can say that was a terrible idea and he could have decapitated all four of us in an accident.
I don't remember those and I'm old. I do remember the thimbles and salt and pepper shakers though. I'm googling the bugs but just getting stupid Etsy links.
