Hi there, you didn’t mention whether you have any speed training in your running plan. If not, i would look into adding in maybe one day of tempo run or intervals.

No, I don't right now. The reason is I tried two Garmin coaching plans and both times lead to injuries of my calf/achilles in my left leg. So I had to stop both programs after 3 or 4 weeks (which included speed runs) and now I'm just trying to build a better base.
your technique probably sucks, there is tons of content out there how to be a better more efficient runner by changing your technique
I'm sure it isn't good. Im a mid-to-fore foot striker. But I don't know how the rest of my form looks.
