It must have surely been a valid military target. I guess the Russians assumed that the Ukrainians also enhance their tank armour with random pallets and materials found at your local OBI.

But Ukraine shouldn't use USA/EU weapons to target military targets even just over the border of Russia...

They should state that Russia is now Ukraine in some stupid "law" and fire at will.

I know, I know. It will hopefully happen soon, but tomorrow is better than soon.
