You can’t assume that the US military is going to be sensible or efficient about anything to do with this genocide cruise. They might point it towards Suez just so they can do a bit of sabre-rattling with China and Iran and probably everyone else too along the way.

Not mentioned within the photo posted by OP is the fact that the protesters were disrupting a National Vietnam War Veterans Day commemoration, an event for honoring the "bravery" and "sacrifice" of the US soldiers who are responsible for causing an overwhelming amount of pain, suffering and death in Vietnam. It's honestly just so fucking crazy that right before the departure of a US naval ship to go support a genocide, they're celebrating the so called heroes of one of the most disgusting wars perpetrated by the United States in the 20th century.
