Ok, now go through all his cases and reevaluate them since you already caught him going this.

This is America, we don't go back and redo things just because they were done illegally! Trial results, elections, arrest records... Once they're done, they're done! Nothing to be done about it! Except taxes, they can always redo your taxes.

I wish I could add a /s I really really do

It's so considerate of them to make sure he can't continue taking payouts from wealthy patrons to undermine laws.

Maybe if we ask really nicely and say please they'll consider giving him a firm slap on the wrist.

Corrupt public officials should face the death penalty, not the loss of their job.

We’re trying to have a civilization here. Just dress him in orange and make him make license plates for 10 years.

Or we could go full Jong Un and make him stand on one foot on a table for 24 hours at a time. Oh, and arrest his wife and kids too.

I mean, depends on the world you want to live in.

Oooh, we could give him a high dose of LSD and pay people to scream just outside of his wooden box all day, periodically shouting about imminent danger, like “oh my god the building is burning!” and, “Mr. Adrian’s family just died in an auto accident. How sad.” Oh, and feed him some edibles for added paranoia.

We could burn the bottom of his feet and force him to walk in salt after we pop the blisters!

For real though. Killing people isn’t the correct answer. Giving people the power to kill people (which, hey, this dude could have had the power to order the death penalty only 13 years ago in Illinois) is a terrible idea.

Corrupt public officials should go to prison. Real prison too, not cozy rich people prison.

Damn, that's actually kinda shocking to hear a judge was held accountable for anything.

[–] Dippy@beehaw.org 7 points 8 months ago (1 children)

I didn't know that could happen to judges

Judges have a +5 Resistance to Law, not Immunity to Law.
