I know it's hyperbole, but reading that was actually more inspiring than anything ever said to me by a neurotypical trying to motivate me.

I'll add another quip:

"Watch me swindle my way up an IT-career using nothing but my brain, a search engine and the power of spite."

I felt this in my soul. I work in IT and I can describe my job 3/4 of the time as "professional googler."

I have been internally calling myself a trickster goddess for this

I want to frame this and put it on my wall. It’s a tad weird how well this works for me.

Okay, what's the downside here?

Is this the Truman show? Someone has clearly been watching me.

Everyone in these comments who can relate. Read the book called The Like Switch: https://www.amazon.com/Like-Switch-Influencing-Attracting-Winning/dp/1476754489

It will change your life. It teaches you how to attract people - friends, more-than-friends; while explaining how social interaction works.

I wasn't planning to habitually manipulate people and becoming an actual conman. /j

I don't think that's the point of the book, but sure it can be used like that if you're a psycho with no empathy for others, but then again, most things are like that.
