I'm going to take a wild stab in the dark before I read the article... GCHQ's Tempora?

Never mind, I misread the article title and thought the FBI was using a spy program from another country in Five Eyes to monitor US citizens. Though I wouldn't put it past them.

Just goes to show that everytime these agencies are handed an inch, they'll use their black budgets and secrecy privileges to take a mile.

Just pray to god that you don't end up being a person of interest to them.

I think the picture must have been a the product of a mistranslation, goatse doesn’t involve a literal eye.
