Looks like Rika from Higurashi no Naku Koro Ni. Not quite sure about the armour though.
I think the face is Rika's design from the Higurashi visual movel. Tho I haven't watched it, so idk whether there's a scene in it where she wears an armor for some reason or (more likely) it was edited on anither image.
