Country functioning on a constitution still in draft?
A constitution that isn't a living document is a bad constitution.
Especially when it's almost 250 years old and treated like a religious text.
A lot of tattoo artists will agonize over a tiny mistake that no one but them will notice.
Meanwhile my only tattoo is huge and has two very obvious mistakes. I still love it though.
