I'd imagine it'd be either beehaw and/or lemmy.blahaj.zone as the LGBTQ+ community tends to be supportive and tightly knit with black people✊
Besides Lemmy, there might be a bigger community on maybe Piefed, Mastodon, Sharkey?

I figured Mastodon might have something but I was surprised to hear that it’s biggest black-led instance was closed down after loads of harrassment. I’m tired of this happening.
Which software are you asking about? There's quite a few mastodon instances that are either POC led or POC friendly. However, I'm not sure about other software.
