[request] can tou make ot so that the voting buttons don't move when there is/isn't a link/pic on a post?

Basically. On the attached image. You can see that when there isn't a link or a pic attached to a post, the voting buttons will shift to the right.
When there is a link/pic the buttons are moved left toward the centre.
Can they be permanently set into the centre? It irritating when they move and I don't realise it an end up saving something instead of voting.
