I'm trying have firefox delete all site setting and cookies on close except a couple sites. I'm currently running firefox and firefox focus but rather just use one app.
I found https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1308719 but the setting for the desktop app and mobile are different.

As far as I know you can't set exceptions on mobile Firefox yet. It's rather annoying.

Sadly I don't think it's possible to set mobile firefox like desktop firefox. You can try with addons, tho, like cookie autodelete, but you need to use forks or firefox beta, where you can set your own addons collection, and sadly AFAIK it doesn't delete every site data like the firefox setting
