I usually see people who can comfortably save and invest as middle class. If you can only barely save or are paycheck to paycheck you would be working poor.

I would be interested in knowing more specifically who she considers "middle class". The definition from the 50's no longer describes anyone.

I sadly knew some Republicans in the Obama days who legitimately believed that getting the supersize at McDonald's meant they were in the 1%
