I have the exact opposite problem, where I will literally forget to eat. Then I'll wonder why I feel so exhausted / weak / anxious, and realize it's 8 PM and I only had a bowl of cereal and one glass of water all day.
I am like you as well. Food is not nearly as interesting as everything else at all.
