I search for “technology” in communities, and this is my result. I was expecting the biggest communities to be easy to find. Couldn’t find the main one I was looking for anywhere in the huge list of 2 or 3 member communities.
Shouldn’t a community that’s just called “technology @whatever” be above a small community that might have technology in its description?

I know this isn't inside the Memmy app yet, but does https://www.search-lemmy.com provide something more to what you'd expect?
There is an open issue to see about adding this as an alternative (with a toggle) to the app.

I personally use lemmyverse.net, it has a beautiful UI imo
