That’s the kind of stupid meme that make people lie to their therapists. It’s already, by far, the number one reason preventing people from actually fixing their problems in therapy.

I get it, there are systemic issues in everything. But what about the people who get wrongly put away and can’t afford to miss work and life?

My therapist suddenly increased the price to about 2 times. That happened a few weeks after knowing how much I earn and can afford. When I asked her why, She said "It's not fair that the price for you equals to someone who has no jobs"!
