It Takes Two with the fiancé - thinking about what other coop games to play

I've enjoyed Stardew Valley with my partner. Great farming sim (bonus: lots of mods, when you get tired from the main game)

Another recommendation I have is Farm Together. It is a co-op and online farm simulator where crops take IRL time to grow (15 mins - multiple days). There are tonssss of different crops and animals and the basic gameplay loop is just fun, especially because it takes some skill to set up a reliable money stream.

Spelunky 2 is a co-op gem too :)
