2 minute search reveals ELN is considered a "terrorist-group" by the USA. 3 minute search reveals ELN is marxist.

The joke writes itself.

Cuba, Brazil, Mexico, Venezuela, Chile, and Norway are the international guarantors for the peace talks.

Norway impressed me once again. As expected there is no France or any other USA lapdogs.
