Nah.

Btw, I'm trying to figure out what I should do with my starter house. I want to sell it, but I also have a coworker looking for a cheap place to live while they save up to buy. They don't want to purchase it, but they were excited about the idea of renting for a year or two. I'm game because prices keep going up and I can sell it for more in a few years.

You guys all rent, so I was wondering: how much should I charge? Comparables around here are $900-1200/mo, but I don't want to screw the guy.

$600/mo for a 2 bed 1 bath sounds fair, right? That pretty much covers taxes and maintenance while it accrues value.
