I'm just waiting to see what comes out from this "stop" they're having. Nothing is perfect, and mistakes are constantly made. And they're right, these issues are probably "growth pains", but sexual harassment can't be considered "growth pains" and it's a very serious issue. Sadly most women I know has suffered any sexual harassment in their jobs, including my own girlfriend, so I hope they actually run an independent investigation and find what actually happened.

Feel sorry for the new CEO, which barely joined the company and already has to deal with a crisis of this size, but the fact Linus decided to step down this year shows he knows stuff isn't going well and that he's unable to handle such a large company.
